  8. To install PrintGL copy the distribution files to your working disk or
  9. directory.

  11. PRINTGL.EXE is a stand alone executable file. There are no extra printer driver
  12. files or overlays.

  14. PMI.EXE is the executable file for PrintGL Menu Interface. PMI needs to be able
  15. to find itself (PMI.EXE) and PRINTGL.EXE, so both of these files should be in a
  16. directory that is in your DOS PATH.

  18. PRINTGL.DOC is the documentation. You can print it with "COPY PRINTGL.DOC PRN"
  19. (39 pages). The HP-GL character set should be printed with the command PRINTGL
  20. CHARSET.PLT /M1 /AO0,0 (and a /F option specific to your printer) and inserted
  21. in the manual.

  23. SAMPLE.PLT is a sample plotfile that you can print or display with Printgl. It
  24. uses 6 pens so that you can test the pen color, width, and shading parameters.
